JASON ARELLANO (Muzzy’s Boy/Ensemble) - Jason was last seen on the Exit 82 stage as Rajah Bimmy in 2009’s ON THE TOWN, and he is excited to be back performing with Exit 82 once again this summer. Some of Jason’s credits include SWEET CHARITY (Vittorio Vidal), SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN (Young Don), HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL (Troy), FOOTLOOSE (Ren) and WEST SIDE STORY (Riff). He has also been seen in WEST SIDE STORY as Pepe and JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR with Tony Award Nominee Constantine Maroulis with the Premier Theatre Company in Lincroft.
CHELSEA BARRETO (Lucille/Ensemble) - Chelsea will be a freshmen in the fall at Monmouth University. She has played Dorothy in Brick Township High School’s production of THE WIZ, as well as Ellen in MISS SAIGON. She has sang in many talent shows including BTHS’s Star Search for four years, where she won Best All Around, Viewer’s Choice and 1st in the Instrumental Vocal Category in 2010. She was also a finalist in the American Idol Experience and has competed in the Big Joe Henry Talent Show. She studies vocal training with Mark Hoeler and acting with Jennifer Roebuck. ANDY BROWN (Ching Ho) - New to Exit 82 this year, Andy is a recent graduate of Toms River High School South, where he appeared in ONCE ON THIS ISLAND (Papa Ge), A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM (Hysterium), THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD (Reverend Crisparkle), THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE (Ching Ho), A YEAR WITH FROG AND TOAD (Frog) and many other shows. In the fall, Andy will be attending The George Washington University.
MARTI BOOKSTEIN (Mrs. Meers) - Marti is actually a classically trained lyric soprano! After working with San Diego, Phoenix, & NYC’s D’Amato Opera companies, and 3 years in rep with NY Gilbert & Sullivan Players, she moved to NJ and has performed locally ever since. Some favorite roles over the years: Maria, WEST SIDE STORY; Fiona, BRIGADOON; Kate, KISS ME KATE; Amalia, SHE LOVES ME; Mother Abbess, SOUND OF MUSIC; Nettie, CAROUSEL, Fairy Godmother, CINDERELLA; Grammie G, OVER THE BOARDWALK. Marti performs with Cabaret For Life, raising funds and awareness for AIDS and other charities. She is co-founder of ACTS, Always Creative Theatre Specialists, a professional touring troupe customizing live theatre to suit any occasion. ALFRED CALIFANO (Muzzy’s Boy/Ensemble) - Alfred is thrilled to be a part of Exit 82 for a second year! He will be a senior this fall at Manasquan High School. Favorite roles include an Apostle in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Premier Theatre Company), Friedrich in SOUND OF MUSIC (Phoenix Productions), L.A inGYPSY (Spring Lake Theatre Co.), Eugene in GREASE! BILLY CARDONE (Mr. Trevor Graydon/Choreographer) - Billy is a co-founder of Exit 82: A Toms River Theatre Company and a senior theatre performance major at Wagner College in Staten Island. Favorite credits include: SINGIN IN THE RAIN (Cosmo Brown), 42nd STREET (Andy Lee), HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL (Ryan),JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Apostle), TOMMY (Ensemble), PERKS OF BEING A WALLFLOWER (Brad), ANNIE GET YOUR GUN (Chief Sitting Bull), ON THE TOWN (Ozzie), THREEPENNY OPERA (Readymoney Matt), BRIGADOON (Archie Beaton) and BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (Gaston). TYLER CICARDO (George Gershwin/Ensemble) - This is Tyler’s first production with Exit 82, and he is thrilled to be a part of such an amazing program. Tyler recently graduated from Toms River High School East, where he appeared in the Eastside Theatre Company’s productions of HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL as a Jock,FOOTLOOSE as Lyle/Cowboy Bob, WEST SIDE STORY as Snowboy, and MY FAVORITE YEAR as Benjy Stone. He has also appeared as Lt. Cable in ITAA’s production of SOUTH PACIFIC. Tyler would like to thank his friends and family for all of their continued support.
KEELY DAVENPORT (Miss Dorothy) - Keely will be a senior at Wagner College in New York where she is pursuing a BA degree in Arts Administration, concentrating in Theatre, Art, and Music. Keely is currently enjoying a summer internship at the Two River Theatre in Red Bank. Recent performances include Annas in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR and the 2006, 2007, and 2008 summer seasons of the Premier Theatre Company, including JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR with Tony Award Nominee Constantine Maroulis. Love to the cast and staff, the Exit 82 Cat, my parents and sister whose generosity is never ending, and to my EXIT 82 family: Kristen, Billy and Greg... blue skies and sunshine guaranteed!
VINCENT DISTEFANO (Muzzy’s Boy/ Letch/Ensemble) - Vincent has been with Exit 82 from the very beginning and is excited to be making his second appearance with the company. Theatre credits include FOOTLOOSE (Chuck Cranston), WEST SIDE STORY (Diesel), and ON THE TOWN (Bill Poster/Prehistoric Man). Vincent has also appeared as the host of the popular web show “LIVE with Kenny and Vinny” on TomsRiver.TV, where he will be featured on a new web show in the near future. Additional credits include “All My Children,” and “Law & Order.” He would like to thank his mother and father for supporting him in all that he does. Peace & Love.
ALYSSA HOOK (Ensemble) - Alyssa is excited to make her debut with Exit 82 Theatre Company! She will be a senior at Wagner College in Staten Island this fall. She is an International Business and French major, but has always had a passion for the arts. Past performances include INTO THE WOODS (Lucinda), LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS (Ronette) and FOOTLOOSE (Betty Blast). She has enjoyed her summer working with this wonderful cast and wishes the best to all of them!
BRIDGET HUGHES (Gloria/Ensemble) - Bridget is so excited to be in Exit 82’s production of THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE! She is a competitive dancer who will be entering her Senior year at Jackson Memorial High School. Previous productions include DISNEY’S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, AIDA, TRIVIAL PURSUITS (Mona) and THE WIZARD OF OZ (Crow/Tree/Jitterbug/Ensemble). She has been chosen to be in the 2011 New Jersey All State Women’s Choir. Bridget would love to thank her family, friends, and the Exit 82 cast and crew for all of their support!
KRISTEN JOHNSON (New Modern/Dance Captain/Ensemble) - Kristen is currently a senior at Ramapo College in NJ pursuing a BA in Elementary Education and Theatre Studies. For the past seven years, Kristen has worked as a performer, choreographer, costumer and stage manager. Credits include: BYE BYE BIRDIE, ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, SEUSSICAL, SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN, HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, ONCE UPON A MATTRESS, 42ND STREET, WONDERFUL TOWN, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, ON THE TOWN, THE WIZARD OF OZ, THE TAMING OF THE SHREW and ALICE. Kristen thanks everyone who made this production possible and sends her love to her Exit 82 family for another fantastic year. Congrats to the entire cast - I love you all! Slam!
DAVID JORDAN (Ensemble) - David is excited to be a part of the summer cast of THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE. David was seen in Exit 82’s ON THE TOWN (Ensemble) last summer and in the Eastside Theater Company productions of MY FAVORITE YEAR (Alan Swan), West side Story (Big Deal), Footloose (Jeter/Ensemble) and High School Musical (James/Ensemble).
BRANDY KOSTICK (Millie Dillmount) - Brandy is thrilled to be making her Exit 82 debut in THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE. She recently graduated from Barnegat High School and will be attending Montclair State University to pursue a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. Recently she was seen in FAME: The Live Musical at both the Tropicana in Atlantic City and the Mystic Island Showroom in Minnesota. Favorite credits include: LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS (Audrey), MIDNIGHT MADNESS in the New York Musical Theatre Festival (Mac/Lydia u/s),FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (Hodel) and 1776 (Martha Jefferson u/s). Love to infinity and beyond, Mommy, Mrs. Altonjy, her number one fan - Mr. Larry, and of course: the Cooter Crew.
KARA KRICHMAN (Alice/Ensemble) - Kara Krichman is thrilled to be a part of Thoroughly Modern Millie! She is a sophomore Theatre Performance major at Wagner College. Favorite roles include Julia in THE WEDDING SINGER, Polly Baker in CRAZY FOR YOU, Miss Dorothy in THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE, Fastrada/Choreographer in PIPPIN, and Frenchy in GREASE. She has also performed in GRESE, MISS SAIGON, MAN OF LaMANCHA, JOSEPH..., AIDA, and HAISRPRAY at Surflight Theatre. She would like to thank everyone from the Exit 82 family for such a great opportunity. She dedicates this performance to Phil Laduca, thanks for the dance shoes!
AMY LAPOSA (Miss Flannery) - Amy is thrilled to be returning to the Exit 82 stage after being seen last year in ON THE TOWN as Diana Dream/Dolores Dolores. Since then, Amy has played Sister Robert Anne in the Somerset Valley Playhouse’s production of NUNSENSE. She also received a Perry nomination for her work in LEADER OF THE PACK at Villagers Theatre. Amy received her BFA in Acting from Montclair State University and is a lifelong singer/tap dancer. For the past 10 years, she has been an Arts Educator Evaluator for the Papermill Playhouse Rising Star Awards. However, her most important role to date is that of Mommy to 4 year old Nicholas and 4 month old Vincent. Amy would like to thank her extremely supportive friends & family who are always there to cheer her on and a huge thank you to her husband Michael, whom she could not do this without.
ALI LONGO (Ensemble) - Ali is proud to appear in her first Exit 82 production! Having wavered between athletics and musical theatre for a decade now, Ali is happy to say the stage is her home. Previous roles include Tintinabula in Toms River High School South’s production of A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM and a Peasant/Dancer/Flood Member in the 2009 production of ONCE ON THIS ISLAND. She will be attending Montclair State University this fall to study Psychology, meet new people and spread her passion for dance and fitness with all as a Zumba instructor! Thanks to the Exit 82 family for making my senior summer unforgettable!
MICHELLE MAZZEI (Pearl Lady/Ensemble) - Michelle is exited to make her debut with Exit 82 this season. She is a student at Wagner College in Staten Island where she is pursuing a major in waitressing. Previous roles include Casper in CASPER THE MUSICAL, Baby June in GYPSY, Patrice in 13 THE MUSICAL and Megara in HERCULES. Break a leg to the cast and crew! Michelle dedicates this performance to David Jordan. Slam!
JESSE McCAIG (Butler/Ensemble) - Jesse is very excited to join the Exit 82 cast this year. He recently graduated from Monsignor Donovan High School where he appeared in THE CURIOUS SAVAGE (Titus), CAMELOT (Sir Lancelot), 12 ANGRY JURORS (Juror #4), FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (Motel), YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU (Tony Kirby), and several others. He has also appeared in community productions including BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, GODSPELL, and OKLAHOMA! While in high school, Jesse was a member of the Mixed, Classical, and Jazz Choirs. He is thrilled to be attending Wagner this fall as a Theatre major. He would like to thank the cast and production staff for an amazing time!
GIACINTO MIRTO (Bun Foo) - Giacinto is making his Exit 82 debut this summer. He was previously seen at Toms River High School South as a Protean in A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM and as a Grand Homme in ONCE ON THIS ISLAND. He is a member of the International Thespain Society and will be attending Savannah College of Art and Design to study scenic design this year.
ALYSSA MONI (Ethel/Dance Captain/Ensemble) - Alyssa is ecstatic to be a part of the fun and talented cast of THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE. She is currently a sophomore at Boston University studying Broadcast Journalism, where she is a reporter for the BUTV10 news show “Inside Boston.” Theatre credits include Diane Lorrimer in 42ND STREET, Rosalia in WEST SIDE STORY, Rusty in FOOTLOOSE, Ursula in SWEET CHARITY, the Wizard in ONCE UPON A MATTRESS and a dancer in HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL and SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN. Dance, especially ballet and tap, is her passion, but Alyssa has also studied violin for years, playing with the Garden State Philharmonic Youth Orchestra at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. She hopes to one-day work as a political reporter while continuing her love for musical theatre.
JESSICA MURACHANIAN (Muzzy Van Hossmere) - Jessica is a graduate of Wagner College, NY with a Bachelor of Science degree in Arts Administration with a minor in Law. Her goals are to graduate from law school and pursue a career in Entertainment Business Law. Favorite credits include: ANNIE, THE BOYFRIEND, KISS ME KATE, ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL, YOU’RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN, and SINGING IN THE RAIN. Last semester she worked with the Rachel Ray Show in Manhattan. Jessica is thrilled to be a part of this community theatre program and is excited to share her love of theatre with those around her.
JENNY NEUHOFF (Cora/Ensemble/Costumes) - Jenny is making her Exit 82 debut! Favorite past shows include PIPPIN, CABARET, ANYTHING GOES, PLAZA SUITE, DAMN YANKEES and HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE. Jenny has a degree in Fashion Design and Theatre from Marist College. She’d like to say thank you to Exit 82 for welcoming her into the family. Always love to her “theatre widower” Joe, who is her favorite.
EMILY NIELSEN (Rita/Ensemble) - Emily is thrilled to be a part of this production of THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE! Previous credits include Toms River H.S. South’s productions of ONCE ON THIS ISLAND (Mama Euralie), THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE (Alice), PETER PAN (Indian), and THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD. Emily is currently attending Ocean County College and will be transferring next fall to a college somewhere where she plans on having a major in something. She would like to thank her mother and sisters for encouraging and supporting her love of theatre, as well as the Exit 82 cast and crew for quite an entertaining summer.
SEAN OPENSHAW (Jimmy Smith) - Sean is very excited to be making his debut performance with Exit 82 this summer. Previous credits include Leaf Coneybear (SPELLING BEE), Rooster (ANNIE), Will Parker (OKLAHOMA!), Carmen Ghia (THE PRODUCERS), Rolf (SOUND OF MUSIC), and Billy (42nd STREET). In 2009, Sean received the NJACT Award for Outstanding Choreography for his production of THE WEDDING SINGER. Sean would like to thank Greg, Carol and Billy along with everyone at Exit 82 for such a great experience. Love always to Bill, Nikki and Marg. ELIZABETH RITACCO (Dorothy Parker/Ensemble) - Lizz has been involved in music and dancing since she was a young girl. She began performing at High School East in the ensembles of FOOTLOOSE and WEST SIDE STORY. Last year she played Daisy Kornheiser in MY FAVORITE YEAR. Lizz takes voice lessons at the Music Academy in Toms River and has been selected for New Jersey’s All State Mixed Choir. She is so very thankful for the encouragement and support from her mom, dad, family, teachers and friends. Lizz is looking forward to playing the role of Dorothy Parker and working with a fantastic cast and crew!
CHRIS SHORE (Ensemble) - Chris is thrilled to be with Exit 82 again after being a part of their premier production last year. Entering his sophomore year at NYU, Chris has been performing now for 8 years. Previous credits include ON THE TOWN, ONCE UPON A MATTRESS, HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, SINGIN' IN THE RAIN (Man-on-Screen), SWEET CHARITY (Oscar), FOOTLOOSE (Rev. Moore), and WEST SIDE STORY (Tony). ROBBIE SMITH (Dexter/Ensemble) - Robbie has been acting since before he can remember. As a child he got his start acting with companies such as Starlight Productions and has been doing it ever since. He is a graduate of the Ocean County Performing Arts Academy and a current student of Ocean County College. Theater credits include HAMLET (Hamlet), THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE (Jimmy), THE ACTORS' NIGHTMARE (George), and WORDS, WORDS, WORDS (Milton). He has also taken part in the Adventure Pals radio program, worked as a recording artist, and performed in a number of choral and vocal concerts.
BRIANNE WHITNEY (Ruth/Ensemble) - Brianne makes her Exit 82 debut. A thoroughly Toms River-bred gal, Brianne attended H.S. East where she performed in several Eastside Theatre Co. productions and was selected as a member of the N.J. All-State Chorus in 1999 and 2000. Brianne went on to graduate from Monmouth University in 2005 with degrees in Education and Psychology. Currently, she is happily teaching at Hooper Avenue Elementary School. She feels very fortunate and blessed to be working along with so many extremely creative and talented individuals in this production cast. Special thanks to my amazing family, friends, students, Jon, and Nathan for all their love and support over the years. You guys are awesome!!

KRISTEN JOHNSON (New Modern/Dance Captain/Ensemble) - Kristen is currently a senior at Ramapo College in NJ pursuing a BA in Elementary Education and Theatre Studies. For the past seven years, Kristen has worked as a performer, choreographer, costumer and stage manager. Credits include: BYE BYE BIRDIE, ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, SEUSSICAL, SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN, HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, ONCE UPON A MATTRESS, 42ND STREET, WONDERFUL TOWN, BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, ON THE TOWN, THE WIZARD OF OZ, THE TAMING OF THE SHREW and ALICE. DAVID JORDAN (Ensemble) - David is excited to be a part of the summer cast of THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE. David was seen in Exit 82’s ON THE TOWN (Ensemble) last summer and in the Eastside Theater Company productions of MY FAVORITE YEAR (Alan Swan), West side Story (Big Deal), Footloose (Jeter/Ensemble) and High School Musical (James/Ensemble).
BRANDY KOSTICK (Millie Dillmount) - Brandy is thrilled to be making her Exit 82 debut in THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE. She recently graduated from Barnegat High School and will be attending Montclair State University to pursue a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. Recently she was seen in FAME: The Live Musical at both the Tropicana in Atlantic City and the Mystic Island Showroom in Minnesota. Favorite credits include: LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS (Audrey), MIDNIGHT MADNESS in the New York Musical Theatre Festival (Mac/Lydia u/s),FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (Hodel) and 1776 (Martha Jefferson u/s). KARA KRICHMAN (Alice/Ensemble) - Kara Krichman is thrilled to be a part of Thoroughly Modern Millie! She is a sophomore Theatre Performance major at Wagner College. Favorite roles include Julia in THE WEDDING SINGER, Polly Baker in CRAZY FOR YOU, Miss Dorothy in THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE, Fastrada/Choreographer in PIPPIN, and Frenchy in GREASE. She has also performed in GRESE, MISS SAIGON, MAN OF LaMANCHA, JOSEPH..., AIDA, and HAISRPRAY at Surflight Theatre. AMY LAPOSA (Miss Flannery) - Amy is thrilled to be returning to the Exit 82 stage after being seen last year in ON THE TOWN as Diana Dream/Dolores Dolores. Since then, Amy has played Sister Robert Anne in the Somerset Valley Playhouse’s production of NUNSENSE. She also received a Perry nomination for her work in LEADER OF THE PACK at Villagers Theatre. Amy received her BFA in Acting from Montclair State University and is a lifelong singer/tap dancer. For the past 10 years, she has been an Arts Educator Evaluator for the Papermill Playhouse Rising Star Awards. However, her most important role to date is that of Mommy to 4 year old Nicholas and 4 month old Vincent. Amy would like to thank her extremely supportive friends & family who are always there to cheer her on and a huge thank you to her husband Michael, whom she could not do this without.
ALI LONGO (Ensemble) - Ali is proud to appear in her first Exit 82 production! Having wavered between athletics and musical theatre for a decade now, Ali is happy to say the stage is her home. Previous roles include Tintinabula in Toms River High School South’s production of A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM and a Peasant/Dancer/Flood Member in the 2009 production of ONCE ON THIS ISLAND. She will be attending Montclair State University this fall to study Psychology, meet new people and spread her passion for dance and fitness with all as a Zumba instructor! Thanks to the Exit 82 family for making my senior summer unforgettable!
MICHELLE MAZZEI (Pearl Lady/Ensemble) - Michelle is exited to make her debut with Exit 82 this season. She is a student at Wagner College in Staten Island where she is pursuing a major in waitressing. Previous roles include Casper in CASPER THE MUSICAL, Baby June in GYPSY, Patrice in 13 THE MUSICAL and Megara in HERCULES. Break a leg to the cast and crew! JESSE McCAIG (Butler/Ensemble) - Jesse is very excited to join the Exit 82 cast this year. He recently graduated from Monsignor Donovan High School where he appeared in THE CURIOUS SAVAGE (Titus), CAMELOT (Sir Lancelot), 12 ANGRY JURORS (Juror #4), FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (Motel), YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU (Tony Kirby), and several others. He has also appeared in community productions including BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, GODSPELL, and OKLAHOMA! While in high school, Jesse was a member of the Mixed, Classical, and Jazz Choirs. He is thrilled to be attending Wagner this fall as a Theatre major. He would like to thank the cast and production staff for an amazing time!
GIACINTO MIRTO (Bun Foo) - Giacinto is making his Exit 82 debut this summer. He was previously seen at Toms River High School South as a Protean in A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM and as a Grand Homme in ONCE ON THIS ISLAND. He is a member of the International Thespain Society and will be attending Savannah College of Art and Design to study scenic design this year.
ALYSSA MONI (Ethel/Dance Captain/Ensemble) - Alyssa is ecstatic to be a part of the fun and talented cast of THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE. She is currently a sophomore at Boston University studying Broadcast Journalism, where she is a reporter for the BUTV10 news show “Inside Boston.” Theatre credits include Diane Lorrimer in 42ND STREET, Rosalia in WEST SIDE STORY, Rusty in FOOTLOOSE, Ursula in SWEET CHARITY, the Wizard in ONCE UPON A MATTRESS and a dancer in HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL and SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN. Dance, especially ballet and tap, is her passion, but Alyssa has also studied violin for years, playing with the Garden State Philharmonic Youth Orchestra at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center. She hopes to one-day work as a political reporter while continuing her love for musical theatre.
JESSICA MURACHANIAN (Muzzy Van Hossmere) - Jessica is a graduate of Wagner College, NY with a Bachelor of Science degree in Arts Administration with a minor in Law. Her goals are to graduate from law school and pursue a career in Entertainment Business Law. Favorite credits include: ANNIE, THE BOYFRIEND, KISS ME KATE, ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL, YOU’RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN, and SINGING IN THE RAIN. Last semester she worked with the Rachel Ray Show in Manhattan. Jessica is thrilled to be a part of this community theatre program and is excited to share her love of theatre with those around her.
JENNY NEUHOFF (Cora/Ensemble/Costumes) - Jenny is making her Exit 82 debut! Favorite past shows include PIPPIN, CABARET, ANYTHING GOES, PLAZA SUITE, DAMN YANKEES and HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE. Jenny has a degree in Fashion Design and Theatre from Marist College. She’d like to say thank you to Exit 82 for welcoming her into the family. Always love to her “theatre widower” Joe, who is her favorite.
EMILY NIELSEN (Rita/Ensemble) - Emily is thrilled to be a part of this production of THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE! Previous credits include Toms River H.S. South’s productions of ONCE ON THIS ISLAND (Mama Euralie), THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE (Alice), PETER PAN (Indian), and THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD. Emily is currently attending Ocean County College and will be transferring next fall to a college somewhere where she plans on having a major in something. She would like to thank her mother and sisters for encouraging and supporting her love of theatre, as well as the Exit 82 cast and crew for quite an entertaining summer.
SEAN OPENSHAW (Jimmy Smith) - Sean is very excited to be making his debut performance with Exit 82 this summer. Previous credits include Leaf Coneybear (SPELLING BEE), Rooster (ANNIE), Will Parker (OKLAHOMA!), Carmen Ghia (THE PRODUCERS), Rolf (SOUND OF MUSIC), and Billy (42nd STREET). In 2009, Sean received the NJACT Award for Outstanding Choreography for his production of THE WEDDING SINGER. Sean would like to thank Greg, Carol and Billy along with everyone at Exit 82 for such a great experience. Love always to Bill, Nikki and Marg. This is for Billy “Oh I could be the man, who grows old with you.”
ELIZABETH RITACCO (Dorothy Parker/Ensemble) - Lizz has been involved in music and dancing since she was a young girl. She began performing at High School East in the ensembles of FOOTLOOSE and WEST SIDE STORY. Last year she played Daisy Kornheiser in MY FAVORITE YEAR. Lizz takes voice lessons at the Music Academy in Toms River and has been selected for New Jersey’s All State Mixed Choir. She is so very thankful for the encouragement and support from her mom, dad, family, teachers and friends. Lizz is looking forward to playing the role of Dorothy Parker and working with a fantastic cast and crew!
CHRIS SHORE (Ensemble) - Chris is thrilled to be with Exit 82 again after being a part of their premier production last year. Entering his sophomore year at NYU, Chris has been performing now for 8 years. Previous credits include ON THE TOWN, ONCE UPON A MATTRESS, HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL, SINGIN' IN THE RAIN (Man-on-Screen), SWEET CHARITY (Oscar), FOOTLOOSE (Rev. Moore), and WEST SIDE STORY (Tony). ROBBIE SMITH (Dexter/Ensemble) - Robbie has been acting since before he can remember. As a child he got his start acting with companies such as Starlight Productions and has been doing it ever since. He is a graduate of the Ocean County Performing Arts Academy and a current student of Ocean County College. Theater credits include HAMLET (Hamlet), THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE (Jimmy), THE ACTORS' NIGHTMARE (George), and WORDS, WORDS, WORDS (Milton). He has also taken part in the Adventure Pals radio program, worked as a recording artist, and performed in a number of choral and vocal concerts.
BRIANNE WHITNEY (Ruth/Ensemble) - Brianne makes her Exit 82 debut. A thoroughly Toms River-bred gal, Brianne attended H.S. East where she performed in several Eastside Theatre Co. productions and was selected as a member of the N.J. All-State Chorus in 1999 and 2000. Brianne went on to graduate from Monmouth University in 2005 with degrees in Education and Psychology. Currently, she is happily teaching at Hooper Avenue Elementary School. She feels very fortunate and blessed to be working along with so many extremely creative and talented individuals in this production cast. He was the recipient of the University’s 2007 Loyola Schools Awards for the Arts. He made his professional stage debut in Manila in 2005 as Garvin in FOOTLOOSE! The Musical (Stages, Inc.). Other credits include: Bye Bye Birdie, Pippin, The Wiz, A Superfairytale, Merrily-We-Roll- Along, Mr. 80%, Sweet Charity, First Name, and Batboy for various theatre companies in the Philippines. Andrei segued into directing with BlueREPERTORY’s STAGES OF LOVE (2006) and was assistant director for Disney’s HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL (2007). He directed and adapted BASTED, a Tony Perez short story during the 2007 Ateneo Fine Arts Festival. He was co-director in the David Ives’ playANCIENT HISTORY for Dulaang UP’s Dulaang Laboratorio and Eve Ensler’sVAGINA MONOLOGUES (2007). He directed BlueREPERTORY’s The 25th ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE (2007) and ALL SHOOK UP (2008). Andrei thanks EXIT82 for giving him the opportunity to be part of THOROUGHLY MODERN MILLIE!

She taught vocal music at Toms River High School South for four years and is presently pursuing full-time graduate study at her alma mater. She also works as a private vocal coach and piano teacher and freelances as an accompanist and church musician. Carol has served as music director for many theatrical productions, including JANE EYRE, ON THE TOWN, BIG RIVER, PETER PAN, and THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD--to name some personal favorites. She also enjoys the other side of choral music and sings in several New Jersey groups, including the Ocean County Community Chorus, Coro Lirico of Chatham, and St. Peter the Apostle parish choir. Carol is thrilled to return to Exit 82 for their second season!
LEXI DAVENPORT (Stage Manager) - Lexi is thrilled to be working with Exit 82 again this summer! She began her behind the scenes career last summer as Assistant Stage Manager for Exit 82’s premier musical, ON THE TOWN. Lexi will be starting her freshman year at the University of Connecticut in the fall and looks forward to many more successful seasons with Exit 82 in the future! She is extremely proud of Greg, Kristen, Billy, and of course her big sister, Keely, for making all of this possible once again!
CHRIS HYRCENKO (Asistant Stage Manager) - Chris has been involved with theater throughout most of his young adult life, both on stage and behind the scenes. Chris’s most memorable moments on the stage include two adaptations of GODSPELL , the snake in CHILDREN OF EDEN, a member of the ensemble of PIRATES OF PENZANCE, and the cop in Exit 82’s debut production of ON THE TOWN. Chris would like to take this moment to thank the amazing Exit 82 team for this opportunity, the fellow employees at work, and his family for their endless support and love.
KATERINA KRITICOS (Costume Design) - Katerina is a recent graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology receiving an associate’s degree in Visual Presentation and Exhibition Design and a B.F.A in Fabric Styling.
